Booking Requirements: -Primary renter must be 25 years or older -Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement and provide valid ID Occupancy & Use: -Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time -No parties, events, or large gatherings -Only registered guests are permitted on the property Pets: -Pet-friendly (maximum 2 dogs; no other pets permitted) -A pet fee applies per stay -Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved -Pets should not be left unattended unless crated -Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside -Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will result in extra charges Smoking: -No smoking or vaping inside the home -Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees Cameras & Security: -An exterior Ring camera is in place monitoring the entryway for security purposes Trash: -All trash must be bagged and placed in the bear-proof container outside -Loose or unbagged trash will result in additional cleaning fees Property Care: -Guests are responsible for leaving the home in reasonable condition -Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly Fire & Safety Compliance: -Guests must follow all posted fire safety guidelines -Outdoor burning must comply with local regulations and conditions
