Main level is an open concept living space w/ living room lounge, dining space and kitchen. Glass sliders open up to the wraparound deck and covered side porch w/ propane grill and outdoor dining table. Main level has primary bedroom with large full bathroom. Upstairs, find the fitness loft w/ Peloton bike as well as a designated workspace w/ desk, chair and mountain views behind you. Barn doors separate the fitness studio and downstairs entertaining space from the other primary bedroom w/ attached half bathroom. Juliette balcony off of the upstairs primary w/ mountain views and morning coffee! On the terrace level, find a large den space w/ full sofa (couch is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping room) and media wall, foosball table, dart board, board games and gaming table, laundry room, and doors out to the walk out basement. Decks can be accessed via main level and terrace level; main level deck w/ comfortable outdoor furniture and views also lead down to observation deck complete w/ large jacuzzi and propane fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The entire cabin is a design-centric space that blends true rustic charm with a contemporary edge and modern amenities. The views are breathtaking and unobstructed. Find yourself immersed in nature and minutes away from some of the area's best hiking and biking trails. Only a couple of miles away are Lake Blue Ridge and the Historic Downtown Blue Ridge area. Guests will enjoy access to the entire cabin with the exception of locked owners closets. Co-hosts usually available immediately if needed. Can be contacted via app or cell; please DO NOT contact owners. Neighborhood is a quiet residential cabin community w/ both full time and second homes. Community is tucked away and backs a nature trail. Very private and secluded w/ mountain views. Access to the cabin is mostly paved with the exception of the last portion of the community road which is gravel, but easy access (a couple of small bumps.) Driveway is paved but steeper, so guests should use caution when navigating at night. Community is right across from the Toccoa River rapids and minutes away from some of the best hiking and biking trails. Guests may enjoy walking the gravel road and taking in the scenic evening views throughout the community. **PLEASE NOTE : DO NOT PUT ANY FOOD DOWN THE KITCHEN SINK. **GUESTS SHOULD CLOSE REFRIGERATOR DOORS SNUG, OR THE FRIDGE WILL BEEP. **Outdoor furniture cushions are stored in the cabinet by the grill and outdoor dining table. This property is professionally managed by a host concierge that is available when needed. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID. No parties, pets, or smoking allowed. Access to the cabin is mostly paved with the exception of the last portion of the road. The cabin's driveway is paved but steeper, so guests should exercise caution when navigating at night. HOME IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WITH EACH STAY AND ALL HOME DEFECTS/DAMAGES ARE NOTED PRIOR TO NEW GUEST ARRIVALS. GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGES UPON CHECK IN AND NOTIFY CO-HOSTS IMMEDIATELY.
